1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the l bajee platform and all its associated services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any feature, the user is considered to have agreed to these Terms.

l bajee services are operated for users in Bangladesh only. The platform may not be used if the user resides in any region where online betting or casino activity is prohibited.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms operate as a legal agreement. In the event of any dispute, this document will be treated as the final reference. Users are advised to keep a copy of these Terms.

1.2 Changes to Terms

l bajee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the site after any change will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on l bajee, the user must meet the following conditions:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age — registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

l bajee may request identity verification at any time for security purposes. A national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents may be required. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Suspension

l bajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or as required by applicable regulations.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on l bajee. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account promptly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a withdrawal request may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The method used to withdraw must match the method used to deposit.

• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If there is suspicion of irregular activity, a withdrawal may be placed on temporary hold.

3.3 Source of Funds

The user confirms that all funds used on the platform come from a legitimate source. Using funds from an illegal source is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

l bajee offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning the wagering requirement for a ৳1,500 bonus is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per person.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• l bajee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of abuse or manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account under any circumstances.

4.3 VIP Program

l bajee's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond. This cashback applies to the net loss for the week.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing sports betting, live casino, slots and other games on l bajee.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in cases of technical error, event cancellation, or suspension, l bajee will make decisions following its specific policy.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds that applied at the time a bet was confirmed are final. Any subsequent change in odds will not affect a confirmed bet.

5.3 Technical Issues

l bajee is not liable for loss of internet connection, device crashes, or any other technical issues. In such situations, the outcome will be considered final according to the system log.

5.4 Improper Activity

Arbitrage betting, use of bots, collusion, or any other improper activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

6 Mobile Application

l bajee's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. These Terms apply equally to use of the app. Downloading the app from third-party sources is not safe and l bajee will not be liable for any issues arising from doing so.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

l bajee is committed to protecting users' personal data. Detailed rules on data collection, storage and use are described in our Privacy Policy. All transactions are kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

7.1 Use of Data

Information provided by the user is used only for service improvement, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations. The conditions under which data may be shared with third parties are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Cookies and Tracking

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between l bajee and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all other provisions will remain fully in effect.
